PAYMENT

ONLINE ORDERS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as Paypal. You will be charged in full for your purchase upon checkout. Shipping fees and taxes (if applicable) will be added in the final checkout process.

IN-STORE ORDERS

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa, as well as cash and personal checks. (Personal checks are only accepted for deposit, not final payment)

We require a minimum 50% deposit at the time that you place your order for any gown from our  Michelle New York Brides' collection. Your remaining balance is due at your first fitting.

We require that all gowns ordered from another designer's collection (i.e. Nicole Miller, etc) that we carry in the shop be paid in full at the time that you place your order. The cost of alterations is due at your first fitting.

If you've requested that we ship your gown out of state, shipping fees and taxes will apply and your balance must be paid in full before your gown can be shipped.  

EXCHANGES & RETURNS


As a 'MADE TO ORDER' item, your dress or accessory will be made/custom ordered in a color and size combination that is custom to you.  Therefore, we are unable to accept returns and issue refunds.  Please ensure that you are ordering the size that most closely fits your measurements by referencing the size guide.  We do not accept exchanges based on incorrect size ordered.  

If your item is damaged in any way, we will gladly exchange your item as long as it is returned with tags attached, and within 14 days of delivery.  Email bridal@michellenewyork.com to start the return & exchange process.

CANCELLATIONS

There are NO CANCELLATIONS once an order is placed as it goes into production or is immediately ordered from affiliated designers upon order.
